About Us

LoBianco Construction was founded by Frank LoBianco in 1984 as a family business, specializing in remodeling and property damage restoration. In 1987 the company moved its offices to 1000 E. Market St. where it remained for 17 years. Frank passed away in 1998 and was succeeded by his two sons Tom and Micheal. In 1998 Tom LoBianco and Todd Schaefer took over the operations of the company. They moved the offices to 1305 E. Market St. in 2005 where it is today. After a 10 year partnership Tom resigned as president and took a position at the Living word church in Red Lion, PA. Todd is now the president and sole proprietor of the company. He works with his brother Troy and other top quality subcontractors such as Daniel L. Neff Plumbing and Heating, Zimco Electrical, Perry Naill plastering and Micheal R. Sipe painting. This combination of quality sub contractors along with over 120 years of combined experience guarantee you a quality job at competitive prices.
